In our worship services, we have a mix of hymns and contemporary songs. You can feel comfortable singing along in any way that feels right to you, whether it’s singing beautifully or just making a joyful noise. We raise our voices together to praise and worship, and we invite you to join us in making a joyful noise.
During our VBS, children were singing praises to God.

EBC is a Southern Baptist Church with a statement of faith in line with The Baptist Faith and Message, which was adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention on June 14, 2000. We support various local and overseas missions and are part of the Sinnissippi Association of the Illinois Baptist State Association.(www.ibsa.org)
Our church is affiliated with the Illinois Baptist State Association, which was established in 1907. The association consists of messengers from Illinois Southern Baptist churches working together to accomplish shared objectives. The primary aim of IBSA is to provide support in establishing and nurturing impactful churches within their respective communities.
Today, nearly 1,000 churches and missions are affiliated with the IBSA.
