Rock River Hospice and Home offers six bedrooms for individuals in the final stages of their lives. They strive to provide a comfortable, dignified, and peaceful environment. Many members of Emmanuel Baptist Church have chosen Rock River Hospice to care for their loved ones, with the support of the hospice nurses.
ELMS has established a partnership with Hospice to provide monthly donations of essential supplies, encompassing a range of items such as:
- Meals that can be frozen
- Snacks
- Paper products
- Kleenex
- Individual Shower items
- Books
- Coloring books
